Governance and delivery structure
Primus implemented smart automated systems across distributed petrol stations and connected them to central servers over the internet. Authorized operators can push price changes remotely, view live tank levels, and review an auditable trail of actions. The centralized model standardizes governance across sites, reduces on-site interventions, and improves inventory planning with continuous visibility.

From challenge to measurable impact
Every stage blends design, integration, and operational assurance so that outcomes are observable and sustained beyond handover.
Challenge
Multi-site networks needed unified pricing control and clear visibility into fuel inventory without constant on-site visits or manual reconciliations. Changes and anomalies had to be handled quickly and centrally.
Solution
Edge controllers and telemetry at each station establish secure connectivity to central servers. A role-based web portal lets authorized users apply remote price updates (single or multi-site), monitor live tank levels, and track a complete audit log of actions. Dashboards surface current status and exceptions to support rapid decisions.
Impact
Consistent, network-wide pricing without routine site visits; faster operator response to inventory conditions; and stronger planning/oversight from continuous tank-level visibility and auditable changes.
